What shipping options are available at NUR Jewelry (costs and duration)?
NUR Jewelry offers free shipping on all orders. Please allow 3-5 business days for your ordered items to be shipped after we receive your payment.
Please allow an additional 5 working days delivery time for engraved products ordered on the website.
To which countries does NUR Jewelry deliver?
Currently , Europe-wide delivery is possible.
How can I track my NUR order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking link.
Is my order insured for shipping?
NUR Jewelry is responsible for orders until the package is delivered to you. In the event that the package is lost, NUR Jewelry may initiate an investigation with the carrier to determine the responsible party. Please contact our customer service if your order information indicates that the package was delivered but you have not received the shipment.
Can I return a product to NUR Jewelry?
You can return or exchange your purchase from NUR Jewelry within 14 days , provided that the products to be returned are unworn and in perfect condition. Personalized products and custom-made items cannot be exchanged or returned.
How do I return my online order from NUR Jewelry?
Online orders can only be returned to us by post. Please send your return in its original packaging and at your own expense to the following address :

Will I get my money back after a return?
After returning an online order, the amount will be credited to the payment method originally used.

How do I order an item from NUR Jewelry?
Orders can only be placed online. Find your NUR pendant in the online shop and click on the product to go to the product details page. Choose the material, the design with or without diamonds, the length of the chain - and the quantity. Click on the "BUY NOW" button if you want to complete your purchase straight away.
How long does it take to produce personalized products?
The production time depends on the ONLY pendant ordered.
Jewelry with personalized engravings is usually ready for shipping after 2-5 working days.
For special custom-made items, completion can take up to 8 weeks. Please contact our support team via WhatsApp.
Note: Please note that the times given above are only an approximate guideline. These may vary depending on the order.
